8th Grade Washington DC update:
Day Two of touring and learning about our nation's history with the 8th graders! Yesterday, we toured Gettysburg, seeing the battlefield and the many statutes built to remember the turning point of the Civil War. In the evening, we made our way into DC and walked around, seeing the White House. Today, we walked through the city viewing the memorials and learning more about history at the Smithsonian museums. Ending the day off with pizza and bowling, students will be filled with plenty of memories, history, and food.
