The Jay School Board approved last evening to end the monthly Wednesday planned 2 hour school delay. Beginning Wednesday, November 3, 2021, there will no longer be a scheduled 2 hour delay. December 1, January 5, February 2, March 2, April 6, and May 4 will now be regularly scheduled school days.

All families are encouraged to attend the parent teacher conferences on Monday, October 18 from 3:00-6:00 pm. With this year’s new open door format this includes walk-ins and pre scheduled conferences.

Parent Teacher Conferences will be held Monday, October 18th from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Please be aware that our format will be different this year. Due to the increased daily communication between teachers and families, a formal conference is not required for every family. If a conference is needed, teachers will contact you directly. Parents may also request a conference. We will have an additional evening in the spring for PT conferences.
Grades 2-6 teachers will be in separate areas in the gymnasium.
Grade 1 teachers will be in the library.
Kindergarten teachers will be in their respective classrooms.
