Here are the final Christmas Theme Days at WJE:
12/17 - Red and Green Day - Wear anything red and green to show your Christmas Spirit!
12/18 - Polar Express Day - Students can wear their pajamas or dress like the train conductor from The Polar Express!
12/19 - Everything Christmas Day - Wear anything (except for face and hair paint) Christmas themed that helps put you in the CHRISTMAS spirit (must be school appropriate).

Tomorrow is DRESS LIKE A SNOWMAN Day at WJE!!
Students can wear white, along with a hat and scarf just like Frosty the Snowman!

Here is some additional information about tonight's Christmas Program:
1. Students in grades first, second, and third, who are participating in the program should arrive by 5:40 PM and go straight to their classrooms. Families may go into the gym and find a seat.
2. Doors will not open until 5:40 PM.
3. Families may enter at door #2 (west side of building) and door #6 (east side of building). Both the east side and west side parking lots will be open for parking.
4. At the end of the program students will be dismissed first to go to the classrooms. Once students have been dismissed parents/guardians may pick up their children at their classroom.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone tonight here at WJE for our Christmas Program "Twas the Night Before Christmas".

Jay Schools are now closed today, Monday, December 1, 2025. An eLearning Day will be implemented. For eLearning, assignments are posted by 10:00 am. We are aware that students do not have their Chromebooks at home. An extended window of 2 days in grades 3-12 and 5 days in grades K-2 will allow students time to complete their work when they return to school and have access to their devices. Students may access eLearning work on other home devices if they have their usernames and passwords.
