Please take action now to ensure your student’s immunizations are up to date before your student starts 6th grade. If your child has not already received their required Tdap booster and first MCV4 vaccine, now is the time to schedule those appointments.
Per the State of Indiana, these vaccines are required for all incoming 6th grade students. Your student may receive these vaccines as soon as they turn 11 years old.
